Hi, I'm Professor Chris Rappazini (PhD), and I have always felt that introductions should be more than just a casual hello, but an invitation to share the incredible work God's done in our lives. So, here's a snippet about me, leader to leader:

I've been blessed to wear many hats: husband, dad, professor, coach, speaker, author, and leader. I'm passionate about showing how the Bible remains relevant, both within the church and the marketplace, and believe there are plenty of leaders, but a shortage of leaders who are worth following.  

Professor and Pastor: Let me start with the incredible privilege God's granted me to teach leadership studies in Anderson University's Ph.D. in Leadership program. It's a thrill to equip top-tier leaders, from pastors to business leaders throughout the world. Before this, I spent over a decade leading the Pastoral Studies program at the Moody Bible Institute, where I dedicated my time to educating and equipping young men and women for ministry in the church and marketplace. 

Beyond the classroom, God's led me through diverse church settings, from small tight-knit communities of less than 50 to vibrant congregations of over 15,000 people. These experiences have helped hone my skills and solidified my commitment to nurturing leaders to bring their values and faith into all aspects of their lives. 

My journey through multifaceted leadership roles has been lesson after lesson, constantly pushing me to learn and lead more effectively. My aim is to help Christians walk faithfully through tomorrow's challenges while standing firm in Christ. I'm beyond grateful for the journey so far and eagerly anticipate where God leads next. Meet my incredible wife, Ashley, and our three amazing kids, as we're on a constant adventure together guiding them in their walk with God. Ashley's a beacon of love at the classical Christian School where our kids thrive, learning to see the world through God's truth, goodness, and beauty.

Diving deeper into my roots, my parents came from different faith backgrounds but moved from Michigan to Florida and settled in a Methodist church where our family worshipped. During my undergraduate and graduate years, I worked at a variety of churches within the following denominations: Anglican, Evangelical Free, Non-denominational, Congregational, and Baptist. Through various scholarships and grants, determination and grit, I have been able to study at the following places:
